questions for interview with counselor

I recently connected with a high school counselor who is present in another school and asked her for an interview which can greatly help us with collecting data, and as she interacts with many teenagers daily. The interview would be taken via email and it was not possible to schedule a time to meet and take an interview. here are the questions I plan on asking her:

1. what are your views about social anxiety?

2. how often do you get cases of people with child abuse and social anxiety

3. how does anxiety change one's personality?

4. what are distinguished signs of extreme anxiety?

5. what kind of mental difficulties can a teenager face due to trauma/abuse experienced as a child?

6. can there be a connection between anxiety, ADHD, ODD, and PTSD?

7. what would you like to say to someone suffering from social anxiety?
