permissions for shooting in school

as the school that we shoot at is our actual school and not a set of any kind we had to take permission before we shot there from the authorities and we were allowed to do so. Svea and I bother received separate permission letters from the school at we both had asked formally for permission to shoot for our opening sequence. here is the permission letter I received.
