in the narrative and the script, we had decided on 4 other characters other than Zia, in the first draft, but after revision, in the second draft, we realised we would only require two that would be the role of her family members, mother and brother.
after casting Zia, we started looking for someone who looks older than her and can play the role well... and we ended up settling for Siddharth Dasgupta who is Arayna's older brother, and would play the role of her older brother, which would be perfect as they are actual siblings and look alike.
for the role of the mother, we decided to go with Tvishie Dhingra, as she naturally looks older than her age group, and is a pretty good actor herself, and would fit the role perfectly.
